On June 6, 2019, Chicago Artists Coalition (CAC) will host its annual benefit, WORK IN PROGRESS (WIP), honoring Chicago artist Hebru Brantley and design firm Gensler. The event also celebrates the one-year anniversary of CAC moving to its new home in the Kinzie Industrial Corridor. The event’s co-chairs are Director of Marketing at CFI Partners, Chanel Coney, and Jessica and Timothy Canning. As part of last year’s “construction” theme, guests were invited to dress in “creative construction” attire. While this year’s event is a celebration of CAC’s one-year anniversary in its new home, the theme is a riff on the one-year “paper” wedding anniversary.
